Our courier partners will typically attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including a landmark) and a valid mobile number to ensure successful delivery.
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or has been tampered with, please:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Take a photo of the package.
