1. Return Policy Overview

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Your order details

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may occur)
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged products
  • Size issues (for applicable categories like clothing)

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back to our designated address
  • In case of damaged/incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
